Liked: Very great for the value wish we were staying longer
Disliked: The waffle maker didn’t have spray oil and my waffle was ruined and I was super excited for a waffle.

Liked: This was hands down the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed it!! Clean rooms/ awesome room layouts/ super organized with everything you could need.

We were very disappointed.
Liked: The location was excellent for our visit to Oconomowoc.
Disliked: It was a very noisy night. A family was staying on the floor directly above us. They spent the night jumping very much. It was loud and difficult to sleep. I contacted the staff on duty but the noise continued.

Liked: The room was one of the nicest I’ve been in a while- nice kitchenette with full size fridge and a stove. Very roomy and clean. Comfortable beds

Liked: They messed up our reservation which caused us not to have a room.
Disliked: I'm not sure how this could have occurred when I had the confirmation number that there was a room reserved.
