We were very disappointed.

Liked: The location was excellent for our visit to Oconomowoc.
Disliked: It was a very noisy night. A family was staying on the floor directly above us. They spent the night jumping very much. It was loud and difficult to sleep. I contacted the staff on duty but the noise continued.

Liked: The room was one of the nicest I’ve been in a while- nice kitchenette with full size fridge and a stove. Very roomy and clean. Comfortable beds

Liked: They messed up our reservation which caused us not to have a room.
Disliked: I'm not sure how this could have occurred when I had the confirmation number that there was a room reserved.

King room

Liked: I love the set up of the rooms and how spacious it was as well as the amenities. The bed is comfortable and room is clean and stocked with utensils and cooking utensils if needed.
Disliked: continental breakfast was okay, and I could had more options and food out . Fruit was not ripe, and bananas were still green, but all in all, it wasn't bad

Liked: super friendly staff, we were visiting family in town and the hotel allowed us to bring our grandchildren to the hotel to swim on Friday evening
