Liked: Perfect location, just two minutes walk from Times Square and 20m from the subway station to get to the airport and the main attractions. Breakfast, both sweet and savoury, not too much choice but good. Not much space in the breakfast room, but you can always find room on the sofas. Rooms not very large but adequate and with cooking facilities. Very friendly staff. Cleanliness excellent. Definitely my place to stay if I ever get back to New York!

Family getaway.
Liked: All the staff were extremely helpful. But I'd like to mention 2. We arrived in the evening after a long, tiring day. Chantelle was so welcoming to us all, explained the layout and facilities. Micheal was also very helpful in suggesting the best routes to take and answering general questions. The complementary breakfast was plentiful with a good selection to choose from. The waffles and pan cakes were delicious. Thank you

Still awaiting my money back...
Disliked: The hotel approved the change of the dates, from four nights to one. They charged me three nights to my credit card. I stayed only one night. To date, I have not received my money back. Hope to hear from them soon.

Nice location and wonderful staffs
Liked: This hotel is located near by Times square and Broadway theaters. We could come back to the hotel very fast and safely after the musical show is over at night.All the staff of this hotel is so nice to guests. Every night we came back to hotel, they welcomed us with warming greeting. They tried to do their best to deal with guest's request.Furthermore, room cleaning was perfect. Even though I tend to be picky about cleanlinessstayed, the cleaning staff did their job perfectly and made me amazed. I really appreciate their effort. I will visit this hotel again!
