Great location-good for the price-checks...

Liked: Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good and they changed a few things up each day. They had cookies at the desk. They did not clean my room with a 3 night stay, but when I called the desk they did come change the garbages and bring towels. The elevator was a little slow. The king suite with a patio not worth it, the patio is very tiny and no view at all. The staff was nice, not overly accommodating but they were not rude. If you're looking for a reasonably priced (for this area) hotel with the basics this is definitely worth it. The location is amazing!! It is a block from Times Square and most of the theaters. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Comfortable beds, well laid out rooms, and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast, tasty cookies, free coffee, tea, cocoa, and water throughout the day. Nice having a kitchen. And the location is great - close to the action, but a little away from it which is nice. Quiet room, couldn’t hear a thing from the hallway, other rooms, or outside.

Excellent location, helpful and friendly...

Liked: Very quiet, adequate variety of breakfast items. Very friendly staff. Secure hotel.
Disliked: Slow elevator, but using the stairs was no big deal. Toaster in lobby breakfast area is extremely slow (same as last year) and should probably be replaced. Traffic flow in breakfast area isn’t optimal.

Liked: The location is fantastic, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. It truly feels like you're at the heart of the city, making it an ideal spot for families who prefer not to rely on the subway to reach Times Square.I really enjoyed the breakfast. While it was the same each day, it had all the essential elements needed to kickstart the morning in a satisfying way. The staff were exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to assist with even the smallest of requests, which we truly appreciated.
Disliked: Although the room was understandably small, given its proximity to Times Square, I wasn't fond of the sofa bed—it wasn’t very comfortable. Additionally, the carpet color felt a bit dull for my taste. However, considering the prime location, it’s to be expected.
