Liked: The room was clean, and had a good kitchen area
Disliked: The room was a little dark and could do with more lighting. But it wasn't a problem.

Liked: Great location! nice and professional staff. It is safe and accessible to major places and short walking distant to subway. There are many flower shops around hotels which brings scent all over the street. It has complimentary all day hot coffee in the lobby and I can buy beverages and snacks 24/7 on the way up to my room.
Disliked: It is not that I did not like, little inconvenient. When it becomes check out time, the elevator is full and it passed by my floor many times. I was at the lower floor with little luggages, so it wasn't too bad, but I wonder what other people do if they are in 40 something floors? There were 4 elevators, maybe it would be better working lower and upper separately? just my thought!

Liked: Everything was good, except time when we had to wait the elevator… It was crowded all the time and we had to wait approximately 10 minutes.

Great room - elbows up...

Liked: Hotel was a good location to see all of Manhattan. The breakfast room team was wonderful, welcoming and hardworking. The room was perfect- the kitchenette was great. Room was clean - some water damage in the bathroom (floor baseboards etc). But room service was prompt and the tea/coffee/hot cocoa station downstairs was a nice touch. Only con was the Breakfast room - take a crowded New York street and the amount of elbowing and body contact you’d expect and multiply it by 5. The guests and the amount of cutting off, bumping into each other was partly due to the very tight space but also just plain inconsiderate behaviour. I watched an elderly man try to navigate between the island and the buffet and I was worried he’d be knocked over. He had to wait an excessive amount of time to get where he needed. It ultimately comes down to the size of the hotel and trying to run that many guests thru a tight space. Breakfast was a chaotic start to our day for sure, my daughter refused to come downstairs after the first morning and I also wasn’t super eager but definitely didn’t want to spend $ on breakfast.
