Liked: We had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott in the Chelsea neighborhood. The location is perfect: centrally located and within walking distance of attractions like The Edge, the Empire State Building, and Madison Square Garden. Plus, subway line 1 is just around the corner, making it very easy to get around the city.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was good, offering a mix of American and Mexican options. For European guests, it might feel a bit low on fiber, but overall it’s a nice variety to start your day. A great bonus is the free coffee to go – perfect for exploring the city.All in all, a pleasant hotel with an excellent location, solid facilities, and great value for a stay in the heart of Manhattan. Highly recommended!

Great city location, facilities struggle...

Liked: Excellent location, comfortable bed, room perfect for 1 person but would be tight to share.
Disliked: Long wait for lifts was inconvenient to get in and out from the room. Seeing how busy the breakfast area/wait time was I didn’t go to breakfast at all. Unfortunately not the added benefit I thought it would be.

Liked: It was clean and the rooms are very nice.
Disliked: I’ve stayed at this place about 6 times, half of those times the elevators were broken. Once I had to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs. The most recent visit I had to carry my luggage down 17 flights of stairs. I won’t be staying there again.

Liked: Great location. 2 min from metro. 6 min to Madison square garden. Very nice and clean room. We'll wEquipped kitchen. I liked a lot the offering of coffee and tea 24h.
Disliked: As recommendations for improvement I would like some cold cuts at the breakfast. At the peak hours the elevator is taking long time.
