Very good

Liked: Very clean, comfy rooms. Brilliant location next to subway.
Disliked: The rooms aren’t very soundproof. We were put in a room right next to the lifts. I couldn’t sleep all night due to the noise. They moved us the next day to a room at the back which was much better. At peak times, you can be waiting a long time for the lift. This was very frustrating. Not enough lifts for the amount of people in the building.

Liked: Friendly staff, amazing location, we felt safe, bed is comfy, breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Rooms are very tiny (we couldn’t open our suitcases) and bathroom doors are slide doors so you can hear everything from inside - but we got used to it so it was okay because everything else was great

Liked: The location was excellent, it was always clean and the city view from the room was pretty
Disliked: The staff did not interact very much on arrival we were handed our room cards and told what time breakfast was and that was it as far as information and interaction. It was mine and my husband's honeymoon as well as his 30th birthday and we certainly didn't feel to be made special. The few times we asked staff for recommendations for food or transport advice they never seemed to know or be able to help. Mornings for breakfast were always fun as you could be waiting up to around 20minutes to get on or stuck in the lift to get downstairs. Morning breakfasts were always the same and not the best quality.

Liked: Perfect location, just round the corner from subway on 28th street, Penn station where goes most of trains is 10 min walk at Medison square garden. The hotel was clean, however rooms very small and based on location hotel was very busy. I apreciate I could leave the luggage the last day at reception till the afternoon. Coffee snd tea servis at reception free of charge was also very pleasant.
Disliked: The breakfast seems to me weak, overcrowded, however organised. Food was very basic.

Very good

Liked: Great position to explore Manhattan, close to Penn Station, subway and big attractions. Very clean and well curated, comfortable room with well equipped kitchenette. Worth its price.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet always very crowded, elevator rides can take a while due to the massive amount of people moving up and down.
