Liked: Comfortable beds and pillows.
Disliked: The first shock is the location. The hotel is located in an industrial area, with warehouse fences and pipes all around. There is also a lot of garbage and the smell of marijuana everywhere. The walls and windows are very thin, the rumble of garbage trucks in the middle of the night and also and scandals in neighboring rooms did not give us any sleep at all. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights, but no one wanted to be in this unsafe area. I asked the receptionist if we could cancel two nights and after the affirmative answer, we canceled the reservation and stayed only 1 night. However, her coworker still charged for three nights and also a $50 deposit for each night despite changing the reservation. I had to have a long correspondence to bring the situation into proper financial alignment and get the money back 5 days later. Thank you Christina! I am totally surprised that this hotel is part of the Marriott chain
