Didn’t get to stay

Liked: It was really nice
Disliked: The staff had really poor communication of how much money I would need and I didn’t end up staying because I didn’t have enough and they still charged my card anyway

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast and lady who kept up the breakfast, did well.
Disliked: THIN walls Bed TOO LOW (ESPECIALLY for handicap!Staff isn't helpful. Outside of hotel is NOTHING like online shows. PHOTO SHOPPED. Dirt/Rocks EVERYWHERE. Sink leaked.Toilet dirty. Hair in shower. I've got red-hair and it was long black hair. Told front desk and asked to clean. All I got was "WHY didn't you tell sooner?" We'd checked in first and then went to meetings. That's why. Left 2nd night. Just joined Marriott and credit card is to be here 7-10 days. Won't be needing either after this visit.
