The hotel was great and...

Liked: The property was very clean and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and very welcoming . Breakfast was great a variety of breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: The location. It was about a 25 minute walk to downtown. I didn’t realize that until after I booked it . And it close to the hospital so a lot of sirens

Liked: Location and Parking was great. City View was really nice, shower was hot and had a lot of pressure. Will definitely be back
Disliked: Trying to park is a little inconvenient when you first arrive something you have to get used to, but that comes when you stay on canal St. So, no complaints

Disliked: The first room we were in had roaches.

Disliked: Evening front desk guy was awful- rude, snide, grumpy and altogether unwelcoming, front of the hotel in the evening too dark
