Awesome very first experience staying...

Liked: Wonderful experience from check in at counter to checkout day
Disliked: Shower faucet loose...couldn't turn off after shower...had to let water run til maintenance goy "temporarily fixed (all he could do for the time being...nit his fault)...hope Room No 200 shower has been permanently repaired as I hope to stay in that room in October this year...loved everything else about the room)

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: The rooms were sprayed so heavily with deodorizers. Too much and my eyes were burning from it. Also, the carpets were filthy and the bed spreads had several dark stains and need to be replaced. Overall not clean enough and trying to mask odors with sprays is not good or healthy.

Liked: Breakfast was good other than for the day that the person who was supposed to prepare it didn't show up for work. I felt bad for the person who was trying to do everything.

Reasonable for what I needed

Liked: Location and room had full kitchen
Disliked: I don’t like the hold that was placed on my card and I wasn’t told about. Also, it’s been 3 days since I checked out and the hold is still pending. I did not like housekeeping going in my room the day I checked in and moved things around. There was no reason for them to be in my room.

Liked: The suite was excellent, well-equipped with large and beautiful rooms, and good parking. The breakfast was excellent, beyond expectations; the kitchen staff were very accommodating and responded to all our requests. The only downside was that the air conditioner was noisy.
Disliked: The only downside was that the air conditioner was noisy.
