Liked: Nice, clean room with kitchenette and sofa. Within walking distance to the concert we were in town to see.

Liked: Centrally located to downtown and Nissan Stadium where our concert was. There were 2 incredibly friendly and kind ladies at the front reception area. They gave us excellent food recommendations and always greeted us warmly when we arrived back at the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality and recommendation to go to Monell’s.

Liked: Room was nice. Cleaning staff did a great job. Breakfast was nice. Very good live music in lounge.
Disliked: No response from management on 45 min+ delay getting into our room. We were just one of several couples waiting. Why no live music on Fridays and Saturdays? Staff not informed when lounge was closed for private party?
