Liked: Breakfast was ok. Typical.
Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock. I like a firm bed but this was like sleeping on the floor. Traveled with husband and adult son and none of us slept well.

Disappointing

Liked: Upon my arrival, I was able to check in early. the front desk staff was very helpful and courtesy.
Disliked: The second day, stay the room wasn't clean, the sheets were soiled, and housekeeping chose not to change them. She made up the bed with the same soiled sheets. The bathroom shower wasn't clean , and bathroom trash wasn't thrown away. Housekeeping didn't supply any fresh towels at all. absolutely disgusting.

Check in was delayed but...

Liked: The staff was very friendly
Disliked: How the manager questioned the cook about why he cooked too much of something, when there were still people coming down for breakfast. He removed what he had cooked too much of and took it to the kitchen...

We like the place but...
