Liked: the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I did not like the bed, sunk in it.did not like the pillows, too soft, too mushy.place was dusty by all lights and lamps.person upstairs making too much noise.had to sign into own streaming accounts. should have been allowed on hotel account. Now I'm worried someone will use my accounts.breakfast ends WAY too early, missed it.too much money for a bad experience. Brought dogs, so had to pat 100 fee. I understand that, but the room we were in, must need the carpets cleaned. My dogs were going crazy with the smells on carpet. Would not walk barefoot. The whole experience sucked.I went through booking.com and they said this was only pet friendly hotel in area, I now sincerely doubt that. I doubt I'll use booking.com again, because of this.over all, bad exper
