Beautiful hotel and loved the...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, you can see it from MOA, which was great if that’s why you’re in town. Room was beautiful. We had the 2 queen and sofa bed room. The little kitchenette was amazing, especially the full sized fridge. It came with dishes and a dishwasher, two burners on the counter under the microwave. You only get one dishwasher pod, but you get a sponge and a little bottle of dishes soap. I just hand washed the dishes and let them dry in the dishwasher. Bathroom had a huge closet.
Disliked: Since it’s so close to MOA, the airport is right there too. You will hear planes taking off. It’s not disruptive though and it only lasts a couple seconds each time. It’s not like it woke us up or kept us up. Doors in this hotel are heavy and we struggled to open them. Shower leaked around the faucet quite a bit. The trash cans are very small. We got there on a Thursday at 3 and left Sunday around 9. Friday, before we went to the mall, I simply asked for our trash to be taken out and bags replaced because after one night, they were already full. I had bagged a bag of trash and left it in the kitchen. I had made the beds and the floor was fine, just asked for trashes to be done. We got back over 8 hours later, and the trash was still sitting in the kitchen, and no bags to replace on our own. When you have 4 kids and 2 adults, you have a lot of trash. We were constantly having to ask for bags to replace them. After staying 3 nights, I would have liked at least the trashes done or small bags to bag our own with bigger bags to put the smaller bags in so we could put them outside our door to be picked up. For such a nice hotel, the breakfast wasn’t great at all. I’ve had better breakfast at Holiday Inn’s. Pool was small and no hot tub.

Liked: Room size, kitchen area, location is located next to the Mall of America. The kids had fun in the pool. There was a free breakfast with lots of options.
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable.

Liked: The 2 bedroom suite was huge, had everything we needed and more. The closets were nice and big
Disliked: Our toilet in bathroom didn't flush right, the handle was broken. The beds were on the harder side, making it tough to get a good night sleep.The remote for tv in the bedroom wouldn't work The bathroom is smaller and the tub is super small. There is no hot tub and the pool was on the colder side.
