Minneapolis is a fun city...

Liked: Fun location and staff was kind at the front desk.
Disliked: We had to call a few times to get garbage picked up and new bags brought to us. There was also a parking fee and a pet fee plus deposit. We wound up paying $150 plus a $100 deposit for the dogs for 3 nights and about $70 in parking…just wasn’t aware of that in advance so it caught me off guard at check in.

Liked: Location was good for our needs.
Disliked: The place was clean, but the room had an unpleasant smell. My wife seemed to react to something in the room. There was a dog barking in a nearby room for about 30 minutes. The front desk staff seemed to have a number of people "visiting" them each time we walked by the desk. I don't know if these people were guests or not.

Disliked: Had to pay $22.90 for parking and it was hard to understand the person who checked us in. I paid ahead of time and was charged an additional $50 at check-in on top of the $22.90 but couldn't understand what he said the reason was, and only received a receipt for the parking charge. I think days later the $50 might have been refunded. The person checking us out couldn't figure out how to get us a receipt at checkout either and said she would email one later that day, 3/7, but as of 3/10, I haven't received an emailed receipt. There was also long dark hair on the wall in the bathroom at check in which is gross, it definitely isn't my blonde hair and my husband has short hair. No bottles of water available with the free breakfast and I don't drink coffee. Bed wasn't very comfortable and TV was at a weird angle where you couldn't watch it while laying in bed. Furniture had stains on it.
