Overall, I had a good...

Liked: I booked a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious with a full kitchen as described. There was plenty of space and a tv in each room. We did have issues with one of the beds and it was immediately addressed by maintenance. We also had an issue with our microwave and that was also immediately replaced.
Disliked: The room was a bit outdated. The outdoor pool was not well kept. There wasn't much variety in the daily breakfast offered, nor was it replenished in a timely manner.

Liked: Room was nice and was clean, staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Room was musty/stuffy smelling. Breakfast was not great, grabbed a banana. Coffee was not bad.

Horrbile

Liked: The honest truth is I didn't like anything about the place. It has gone downhill since 2021, the staff and management are rude and unprofessional. They need to hire a whole new staff with the correct qualifications to run a nice hotel in Miami lakes. The rooms smelled old and humid and I can also smell the marijuana in the halls. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone anymore.
Disliked: I didn't like anything. My stay was awful.

Liked: Location was safe. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The hotel was outdated and the halls smelled terrible. I booked two rooms, one of which smelled of mildew the entire week I was in town. One of my guests had an allergic reaction to an allergen in the carpet/linen. The breakfast was lackluster. It seemed like the hotel was struggling because the food was always barely full. Overall I would not stay here or recommend this hotel. The bathtub was extremely slippery. My 5 year old fell twice but I was provided with a bath rug following the two falls.
