Liked: The staff was nice, and the breakfast was better than expected.
Disliked: The lobby had a strong urine smell once or twice a day! The elevators and walls were pretty dirty and the building just looked very used.

Liked: The cleanliness over all the main 2 front desk attendance that we encountered was as sweet as gold. Daniel & Sharonda their an awesome one two punch.
Disliked: Just a bit of conflict in prices

My room had roaches.

Disliked: I had roaches in my room and I was told that management would reach out to me. There has not been any contact with me.

Liked: Beautiful place, nice and relaxing in the heart of stores and restaurants clean bathroom which I am big on, which bed pillows were firmer but still the bed was extra comfortable

Disliked: My guest was treated poorly, we asked for towels and was asked why we needed extra towels we needed them because we were staying 2 nights and the room had one set of towels
