While I loved the staff...

Liked: It was extremely clean and the staff was WONDERFUL
Disliked: My room was humid as heck. The shower was not very good.

Not happy.

Liked: They had a TV in the room, and they let me bring my dog (for a $50 fee).
Disliked: The first room that they put my family in was very bad. It was not cleaned. Large stain on the lampshade, oily handprints, dusty particulates around. The front desk was apprehensive about my concerns, until I showed her the photos. The lady as the front desk came across condescending to me. The second room was better. Not great, but cleaner for sure. Most of the rooms are out of order for some reason, and this hotel has fallen into mismanagement. The pool was broken and drained, but the Hilton next door let us use their pool at least. Breakfast was GMO, nothing I would eat. Would NOT recommend.
