Disappointing

Liked: Location was nice, easy off the highway
Disliked: The room had ants and when I reported it they didn't even offer a discount or anything. Just wrote it down and dismissed me.

Liked: Everyone is always so accommodating- the rooms are clean and I feel safe
Disliked: The price is difficult to accept for a one or 2 night stay, it is so expensive. However, I would chose here often if money wasn't a factor for us.

Liked: Exceptional staff customer service. Communication, professionalism and friendly.
Disliked: Noise barrier between rooms sucks. The wall paper separated in the corner, looks like black mole. Also I appreciate the presence of a full body mirror but I do not feel it should be located next to the bed.

Disliked: Rock hard bed was very uncomfortable and my partner likes firm but not rock hard. Breakfast was just ok.

Disliked: Nothing. Everything was wonderful!
