Visit was very nice. Hotel was quiet; very roomy, clean and comfy.

Liked: The room was very nice. Full kitchen; very clean; comfortable bed. Felt like a home from home.
Disliked: I wish there was a mirror in the living room for dressing.

Liked: Horrible experience called for an early check in at 3 thru said give them 30 minutes, came back at 4:30 which was 30 min passed check in and they still did not have the room ready until after 5:15 mind you check in was 4:00 pm. Room was dirty with used cotton swabs on the floor, no bathroom main door was missing and the 2nd room door would not lock.

Liked: Nice little room, clean and comfortable with a good breakfast and coffee included.
Disliked: We stayed here after being evacuated for a nearby fire. I did the nice thing and let them know we had a dog staying - turns out the pet fee essentially doubled the nightly fee. Highly unusual for such a steep fee and we weren’t told up front how much it would be or else we would have tried to find somewhere else. So a nasty surprise showed up in our bank account. Felt quite taken advantage of in a crisis to be honest - would have preferred a heads up from staff on the high cost.
