Liked: the location was good and the clean
Disliked: when i booked it said the bed was a queen but it felt smaller. and it said court view but the river was on the opposite side

Disliked: Rooms were smaller than they looked when booking.

For the price there were...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: There was no hair dryer and I had to ask for one and the front desk took care of it immediately. There were no clean, pool towels and dirty towels were piled high in the swimming pool area. No ice bucket in the room and didn't ask for one because I got tired of asking for things. Bathroom sink area and counter top is cramped and made it difficult to get ready. A large mirror is in the entry way; however, not outlet for curling irons and hair dryers.

Liked: Excellent hotel for families. Room was quite big and very clean. Would highly recommend!!

Liked: Remote on TV did not work. Otherwise very nice. Jackie from help desk was excellent.

Made this trip so comfortable...

Liked: Very nice and close to the people I was visiting. Easy access but off the street so not too noisy. Also needed an accessible room and the bathroom was so awesome for our needs! Could not have asked for more!
Disliked: Visited during the Microsoft issue so felt like I had to stay in the room and not go in and out since the staff would have to get us into our room. They never complained and always seemed happy to help just felt bad and didn't want to be difficult.
