Liked: The room was really nice and perfect for our group, we all enjoyed our stay. Apart from that the staff was super friendly, nice, and helpful.

Liked: It was clean. Comfortable. Nice size.
Disliked: Toilet was messed up . Water coming from toilet. . You can tell the remodel and it's older . Mattress stains were horrible under neath sheets . You can tell the hotel is remodeled and aged.

Liked: very convenient for shopping and dining
Disliked: The room did not have an iron or ironing board. My remote went dead went to the front desk to ask the front desk clerk about changing out the batteries in the remote. She said it didn't have batteries when I opened it. It did have batteries she explained to me that the TV has to be programmed to the remote and to not open it again she did offer to move me, but I had an event that I had to attend. I could not pack up my things that night so when I got back from my event, I had no TV very disappointing. when I checked into the hotel, the person working did not tell me there was a $400 incidental that would be held onto my card. They normally tell you how much the incidental is and I did not ask when I should have.

Liked: It was clean and quiet for the most part. Breakfast was good
Disliked: They didn't adjust my rate when they told me the loyalty would have saved me money. I am a Bonvoy member
