Tough check in and out

Liked: The hotel charged my card after check out even though I had paid for the room through the Booking.com app. They said they couldn't refund the charge and I had to go through the 3rd party host to dispute the double charge.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Fleas my wife has multiple bites all over her and now my dog has them. Kind of ridiculous to pay that much money and have flea bites and now my dog had to come home and wash everything we had there! Would be nice to get a refund of some sort
