Liked: Very clean; employees were really nice; kids enjoyed the swimming pool and a really good location.

We had a great experience and will go back there if we go to another concert at the Granada on the weekend.

Liked: They had free parking in a garage under the hotel. The hotel was walking distance to the Granada, which is where the concert was. There were a ton of restaurants close too. There was an indoor pool and nice patio area. The room had a big fridge and microwave.
Disliked: The TV was in an odd position to watch TV in bed, but we didn't have much time for TV anyway.

Disliked: I went down for breakfast 8:45. Ending time was 9am. Staff had already started clearing out the food, hot foods & yogurt, pastries. I did get things to eat. 2 more groups came in after me, all food was cleared. The attendant clearing this out was SO loud, At 9am, all staff went on break, she left her cart of food in dining area.The AC unit in my room was SO loud all night. I suggest having this repairedThe internet would not work in my room. I was connected to hotel Wi-Fi, but no internet. The front desk told me it was probably my room, that has trouble getting the internet. I was told to call a phone # to step me through connecting. This was unacceptable
