Disliked: Room was not clean, smelled like urine. Transferred to another room who he’s smelled like dog

Liked: The lady at the front desk was kind and I watched her interact with many guests, a model of patience. Madison, I believe her name was.
Disliked: Rooms have not been updated in a long time.First room they gave me stank of old smoke. The woman at the front desk was kind enough to give me another room. Tiles in the shower were broken, bathroom drawer was hanging askew, I was afraid to touch it (and didn’t). No place in bathroom to hang your wet towel. No toiletries in bathroom (no lotion). Two dining chairs in room, but no table. Coffee in lounge was cold. For $300 you can do much better than this, guarantee it!
