When first arriving for check in the hotel pool was being worked on for heat issues, but it was soon resolved and we were able to swim with no problems.

Liked: The entire hotel was very neat and tidy and a plus that animals were accepted there as well!

Liked: Sybil was absolutely amazing to us. She was the only staff member who showed up the most respect and we had such a touching conversation we will never forget. She was the highlight of our stay.
Disliked: House keeping did not do their job, they had a big birthday party going on which made me and my family uncomfortable, MULTIPLE issues in our room, mold In our ice bucket, paint chips everywhere, pool was disgusting had ants everywhere and no towels, had a broken TV they never came to fix after we called 6 times, had to hunt people down for towels, tub was gross and had sharp pieces near drain. I have pics and videos and there is just so much more the entire stay was uncomfortable to be honest. Only good part was meeting the over night worker Sybil she was just perfect she deserves to be the manager at the place

HE SHOULD DEFINITELY BE REWARDED....She also comp our room which we booked through booking.com and we never received fee back Anything you can do to help WE WOULD APPRECIATE....WE STAY WITH YOU EVERY YR,,THANK YOU
