The hotel was clean and...

Liked: It was nice not to leave the property right away to eat. The location was great close to pretty much everything you need and within walking distance.
Disliked: The breakfast for sure was my disappointment. Not having different selections of hot food. When I book a place to stay having breakfast means a choice iof different food other than cereal and oatmeal.

Very bad

Liked: The front desk staff were kind
Disliked: The housekeeping is very bad! The room and the bathroom were dirty all the time! Our neighbors were so loud! We call the front desk for help in the nights but it didn’t help.The room was in very bad condition! The doors didn’t work.

nice room; dinging ice machine

Liked: The hotel, rooms & amenities were very nice.
Disliked: The only negative issue was the ice machine on our floor was making a constant dinging noise, like something was wrong with it. We informed the desk & were assured it would be taken care of - it wasn't.
