Friendly front desk; nice lobby.

Terrible customer service, horrible front...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The staff at the front desk and manager was rude and disrespectful

Average at best

Liked: The room was clean when we got here. Except the dirty fork in the silverware tray.
Disliked: We signed up for housekeeping every other day and no one ever came by for the week we were here. They also charged $60 for early check in and the website says it was supposed to be $30. The front desk lady seemed put off every time we came down to the desk. She was rude and standoffish. The fridge was shut off and there was water all over the floor when we got here.

Disliked: Dirty: Carpet was very stayed, room had odor, sleeper sofa was ripped and feces in toilet
