Overnight stay at Indianapolis downtown

Liked: The room was neat & clean and the sofa-cum-bed option was good for the third person to sleep. The bathroom was big & spacious. Breakfast options were limited but good. The check-in experience was seamless.
Disliked: We were a bit cramped in the room considering triple occupancy & would have preferred more space to move around. Restaurants in close vicinity are limited, so not too many options to choose from. The downtown area was a dead place with very little activity taking place over the weekend. We hardly encountered any people walking in the streets.

Disliked: When I first walked into the room, the room looked nice, but the bathroom was not clean. Someone had used the toilet and left behind bodily waste and hair on the seats. Housekeeping was not available when I checked in. The clerk did give me another room. But I have a feeling that the rooms are not being cleaned fully.

Liked: The breakfast was filling and good. It was quite extensive and offered hot and cold items. The one who works on the breakfast takes pride in his work and does a good job at it. The desk clerks were very good. At breakfast the next morning the desk clerk Faith was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend!
Disliked: There was a $30 charge to park in the parking garage next to the hotel. It was convenient though.
