Great place to stay!

Liked: How much stuff was in our room, the unexpected kitchen area and supplies.
Disliked: That the cleaning staff did not come in and straighten up while we were out in town.

Great suites for a family close to popular Huntsville sites.

Liked: Nice to have 3 generations of family in same suite. Very close to Rocket museum and botanical gardens with plenty of dinning within a quick drive.
Disliked: The we had to hunt for sheets and blankets for sleeper sofa. No pillows were provided just for it as well. It was suitable for only children since the mattress was thin. Rest of beds were great.

Decent hotel, not great.

Liked: The staff I spoke with were all very friendly and helpful. Good options for a quick breakfast. Location was what we needed. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room was good.
Disliked: The room was not as clean as I expected - for example, there was a straw wrapper by the nightstand and I didn't use any straws in the room. Also, my TV wouldn't turn on. Certainly not an emergency but for the price I would expect the amenities to work. When I reported it the first day I was told the staff had already gone, and as I was checking out the next morning having it fixed then wouldn't help. I left contact information but was not contacted after I left.

Liked: 2 rooms, kitchen
Disliked: Dirty- food on walls, conditioner/shampoo empty, pull out couch was broken...kids had to sleep on the floor

Disliked: I was expecting the furniture and room to be nicer than it was. Furniture was old and not well kept.
