We arrived at the hotel...

Liked: We were turned away at the front desk. They told us Booking.com screwed up and there was no room for us.We were in Houston because of a family member was passing away.
Disliked: We tried calling hotel for refund and they told us Booking.com would need to refund our $139.23.HELP!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Liked: This was a great room and I would definitely stay here again, but when I made original reservation. I put in wrong date. Cancelled that reservation and made correct one. I got billed for both nights and a $50.00 fee and still dont see that back in my acco
