Liked: Nice big bright rooms. Really liked the window blinds.
Disliked: Front desk clerk had absolutely no personality and although she handled the check in okay, she had trouble answering my question about the internet and acted like she was doing us a huge favor by checking us in. Had to ask when and where breakfast was and what time, among other things. Although hotel and furnishings appear to be new the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The couch was uncomfortable, the computer chair VERY uncomfortable and the bed was just ok at best. There is a full kitchen, with a full size stove & refrigerator, but no kitchen table & chairs. If you were wanting to cook a meal you would have to balance it on your lap in the uncomfortable couch to eat. Tried to get some ice at the ice machine down the hall but it didn't work. I would not stay at this property again, and would probably not stay at another TownePlace if this is how they are all furnished.

Convenient, spacious, and good value

Liked: The property was convenient to downtown Chattanooga and we loved all the dining and shopping options in walking distance. We had a one-bedroom suite which was great with a baby. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The traffic noise is so loud and it’s constant, even late at night. I had no idea the hotel was on such a busy road. It felt like the hotel was placed on the side of a busy interstate.
