Not again

Liked: Place needs paint and new rugs. Bathroom needs up grading. The cost of the room doesn't justify the quality of the accommodations.
Disliked: Water stains on the ceilings, carpet dirty and holes in hallway carpet. Room was very outdated and need new paint along with higher toilets in them.

Liked: The ease of checking in was great. The room was clean and smelt nice.
Disliked: A few staff members weren't so pleasant.

Disliked: The pullout bed mattress had crumbs and stains, so I had to move to another room.

Very agreeable, will definitely stay...

Liked: Everything was fine and met my requirements 100%. I enjoyed the pool and pool area which were spotlessly clean. The selection at breakfast was good and the food was fresh and good quality.
Disliked: Being from the UK, I do like a cup of English tea, not an infusion, herbal or fragrant, just tea! I would also have liked a kettle in my room. I will bring my own tea bags next time!
