Mgmt had some sour apples...

Liked: One staff in particular was quite accomodating, and helpful. Giovani
Disliked: Bathroom fan was obscenely loud, the door was in such a position you could easily end up in the tub

Liked: Gio, the front desk attendant, was awesome. He gave us valuable information for visiting Galveston. His opinions were spot on. Thanks to him, we saved quite a bit of money. He is really an asset to your company.
Disliked: The AC unit was very loud. The Waffle iron was difficult was maneuver. The prices of the food items in the snack areas are extremely too high.
