Disliked: Bathroom fan was obscenely loud, the door was in such a position you could easily end up in the tub

Very good

Liked: Gio, the front desk attendant, was awesome. He gave us valuable information for visiting Galveston. His opinions were spot on. Thanks to him, we saved quite a bit of money. He is really an asset to your company.
Disliked: The AC unit was very loud. The Waffle iron was difficult was maneuver. The prices of the food items in the snack areas are extremely too high.

Quick. Wanted to stay elsewhere

Liked: Not as expected. Room vary small. Some what clean.
Disliked: Room small. Location not close to much.

Passable

Liked: Really nice location, close to the beach in a nice area.
Disliked: The extra bed we had requested wasn’t made and we were told that we should do it ourselves. They hadn’t even put out extra sheets and pillows for us. In general the staff wasn’t very friendly and seemed to don’t care about guests.

Pleasant

Disliked: The computers were down during check out and I was told I would receive my receipt by email and I never received. I was also charged more then I was quoted.

Liked: Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Just approximately 5-7 feet outside the window was a walkway where people stopped to talk. We closed the curtains so they couldn't look in, but we still heard the talking. Also, this room had no view. We were on the first floor and looked across to a building under repair.

Disliked: hotel music system below my room was very loud. And played late into the night
