Overall the stay is great...

Liked: The property was right next to the hospital I was going to so I booked it again for later this week for my husband while I have a procedure done . It’s a a good location and the rooms were comfy
Disliked: There was a tear on the window screen but not enough to make it any problem. One thing that was a down fall which the hotel doesn’t have much say in is that in the evening we had to stand outside while a fire alarms were going off and they made sure the facility was safe. But there is no controlling that. It was just stressful since I was there because I was having a pregnancy issue and wanted to be close to the hospital just in case

Liked: When we were given a room where the air conditioner was not working we were promptly moved to another room!!

Poor

Disliked: They charged an hefty amount for the pet without upfront informing me about it at checkin time. There was no mention of a pet charge anywhere in my booking as well.

Comfortable stay for relaxing.

Liked: Nice. Spacious. Love the two bedroom suite with full kitchen. Love the little free breakfast.
Disliked: No Tesla charge connector area. Elevator was broke so everybody was using stairs. WiFi in room kept going out on TV. Wish pool opened at 9am because it gets too hot to swim.
