Overnight Stay

Liked: When we were given a room where the air conditioner was not working we were promptly moved to another room!!

Poor

Disliked: They charged an hefty amount for the pet without upfront informing me about it at checkin time. There was no mention of a pet charge anywhere in my booking as well.

Comfortable stay for relaxing.

Liked: Nice. Spacious. Love the two bedroom suite with full kitchen. Love the little free breakfast.
Disliked: No Tesla charge connector area. Elevator was broke so everybody was using stairs. WiFi in room kept going out on TV. Wish pool opened at 9am because it gets too hot to swim.

Liked: Location felt safe.
Disliked: Very dirty and stained carpets. Carpet bunching up in the handicap accessible room made a hazard for my disabled father who uses a Walker. Breakfast was very subpar compared to other hotels (overcooked inedible eggs, watery inedible oatmeal). No high chairs for babies in dining area. Loud rooms with poor insulation. Thermostat did not work in one room at all.
