Liked: The staff were super friendly, nice, and accommodating. The breakfast was satisfying. I enjoyed the variety and everything tasted great.
Disliked: I booked a king bed and found out they only have queen beds on the whole facility (I blame booking.com, not the facility). The bed was not super comfortable.

Disliked: Fire alarm went off about 4:45 am and stayed on forever. Attended at the desk really didn’t know what to do a scrambled around like a chicken with his head cut off. It’s clear he’s not trained for that situation. The alarm stayed going off for a good 30 to 40 minutes. So just standing outside at the time of morning until the issue was cleared totally ruined my last day there. After it was all said and done it was like a little after 6am when I went back to my room. Nothing was done to even try to compensate me for my inconvenience or anything. Totally ruined my day I was to tired and frustrated.

Liked: Quiet corner room
Disliked: Doors didn't latch, light streamed in around main door, mold in coffee pot. AC was loud and behind a locked door in main bedroom, toilet door was an inch away from bowl when trying to close, dated with popcorn ceilings, manager never came to speak with us, very little parking, breakfast was basically the same each day, overpriced, mattresses were soft and dented, small for a two bedroom suite, toilet wouldn't flush unless tank was shaken

Disliked: We got a two bedroom suite and The first room I was given wasn’t cleaned, bed were unmade, second room smelled like an animal was there and it was never cleaned, third room had a broken cabinet, we had to fix one of the bed the wheel was off and the leg was bent, door handle to one of the rooms was falling off, beds were uncomfortable. The price was to high for the room at best it should have only been $450 for the stay.
