Liked: Very convenient for us always stay there.
Disliked: Price was increased and the breakfast didn't start until 6:30 on Saturday and Sunday for 7am not sure why if it was tournament it would have been available for 6 am

Very relaxing for myself and...
Liked: Walk in shower. Mobile comfortable chair and ottoman. Front desk staff very professional and friendly. I had left toothbrush at home, I was offered complimentary one. Great mini store in lobby. Tasty breakfast. Huge area to walk dog on and off property. Very pet friendly Thank you!!! B
Disliked: I was not informed about nightly pet fee till I arrived on property. Dusty refrigerator top. Other than that It was a fantastic time.

Liked: Overall the hotel was nice, most staff was friendly.
Disliked: When I arrived at 4:00pm my room was not ready. Two other guests were complaining that they been waiting over two hours. The manger offered my a downgraded room, stating I didn’t need the room I booked since it was for two people. I told her I was more than sure I booked that room for a reason. She stated it was probably because it was the only one available. I think she could have handled the situation better. I took the downgrade because I didn’t know how long I would have to wait for the room I booked. Also I guess you have to stay more than two nights to get our room cleaned. I’m willing to give them another try if I’m in the area.
