Will be making this hotel...

Liked: Almost everything was great. The room was like having our own home away from home. Comfortable, clean, roomy, we’ll pointed. Staff was great. Especially Caroline in the breakfast area. Very helpful/nice person. They even have gluten free bread for breakfast, but you have to ask for it. We got this room at a reduced rate. We would not have paid full price, as that is very expensive for one night (like all hotels now). Hopefully we can get a good rate next time.
Disliked: Room could have use a full length mirror, ironing board and a kettle. We used a pot to boil water for tea. It worked. The breakfast food was plentiful but the meat was a little on the cheap quality side. Other than that, everything was great.

Disliked: Wear and tear, previous damage was patched, but still visible. Breakfast quality is low.Windows don’t open in 2 bd, no fresh air. HVAC would cycle from on (too cold) to off (too hot).

Liked: Comfortable and safe location.
Disliked: The king sized bed was quite small. It was also very well used and sagged in the middle. The key cards also decided not to work most of the time. There was also construction outside the hotel which was down to one lane.

Superb

Liked: Easy to find location just off of the Calgary Trail. Many close options for food and shopping. Facility was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but good.
Disliked: Key cards weren't working properly. Had to get new cards 4 times before they did. Bathroom in pool area wasn't setup very well for changing. A few hooks and a small counter would be nice. No shelter from elements in the smoking areas.
