Liked: We had a very favourable stay. I really enjoyed the hotel, the room, the amenities, and the staff. We needed a quick getaway after an unexpected passing in our family and this provided us a lovely, quiet escape. The pet friendliness is such an essential added bonus. I ran into so many happy dog owners during our 3 days. The morning breakfast is nice too, lots of sitting areas. Right by Emerald shopping. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Liked: Breakfast variety and quality was great. Shower was fantastic.
Disliked: I had the feeling, just a feeling, that our bed linen hadn't changed before we arrived. The reason for that is they were clean but had no “detergent smell” and they were wrinkled like from everyday wear.

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: The blackout blinds were broken and the street light outside didn’t come on until dark when my toddler and I were already in bed, shined through the window all night long. When I told staff in the morning they said “I’ll get that fixed” and when I called the manager she expected me to have let them know that night and let a handyman in the room with me and my toddler, I was travelling without my husband. I didn’t feel comfortable doing this. And by the time the light outside was shining through the window my toddler was asleep and there was no way I’d let a stranger in our room. And some how this was my fault? I was told the general manager would get back to me this was 3 days ago and nothing. I expect a refund.

Liked: Excellent location and comfortable beds. We rented a 2 bedroom suite and it had everything we needed. Front desk staff Ivan and Glenna were friendly, efficient and great ambassadors for Marriott.
Disliked: That we were only there 1 night.
