Very nice experience, except for the mattress.

Liked: Very nice room; loved the fridge, microwave, stove, couch; very clean.
Disliked: The bed in room 209 dipped in the middle - uncomfortable for my husband & I.

Worked for what we needed,...

Liked: Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable and liked the pillows very much.
Disliked: Refillable conditioner in shower was empty. Hand sanitizer in the elevator also empty. You could hear noise from floor above very easily and there are freight trains blowing their horns all night long.

Liked: Location was good for my purposes. Room was clean and staff was great.
Disliked: Curtain was ripped and no action was taken in the 3 days I was there. No service on Sunday. Breakfast could have been later, like until 10.

Probably will not stay here...

Liked: I like the 2 room suite for my family for a several night stay.
Disliked: Bathroom floor had a bubble in the middle that wouldn't stay glued down. Bathroom, although it was divided with a sink in one room and toilet and shower in the other, was VERY small in toilet and shower area. Room was extremely hot on our first night. Pillows were not good pillows. Our room was disturbed on our first night in the middle of the night by someone trying to break down our door and screaming profanity. My husband was holding the door in case the lock broke. I had to call the front desk to have them come get the unruly person outside the door. The next day I was told it was a guest and it was their "third strike" and they would probably get kicked out. That didn't ease my mind or make my young children feel any more comfortable on the second night. I also noticed the outside doors that usually require a key for access were propped open and was told that the keys weren't working with them. So essentially anyone who wanted to come in to the hotel could.
