Very good hotel to spend...
Liked: Nice and clean hotel. Serves the purpose of spending a night.
Disliked: Location near railroad tracks and the noise coming from train whistle.

Overall very good.
Liked: It was good but less added sugar on the waffles especially would have been good.
Disliked: Some water barbells in the pool area would help make the pool area a better exercise facility.

Awesome Location. Not good if...
Liked: Room was very comfortable. Location is great.
Disliked: I'm a light sleeper and I did not sleep well both the nights we stayed. Had some very loud neighbors. Maybe posting and enforcing quiet hours could be effective. Some staff was really unfriendly but some were very nice.

Liked: The property was beautiful
Disliked: We arrived at 3pm which is what time our app said check in was. Upon getting up to the front desk my fiancé and I hadn’t even said a word before the lady at the front counter blurted “ that’s not going to work, we don’t do early check ins at this location” obviously taken back my we stood there for a moment and then we explained that this is the time our app told us was check in. She kept repeating we don’t do early check ins mind you we had another friend couple who had just checked in 10 minutes prior. We were not upset at the check in time changing but how the receptionist treated us. We then came back at 4pm like we were told only to be told “ they told you they had to change your room?” At this point yes I’m upset because we were given the wrong time had to find something to do for over an hour before we could check in and then be told without prior notice the room we booked 2 months prior wasn’t even available. Common courtesy and respect go along way we traveled over an hour to enjoy a relaxing night away from home only to be treated as if we were a burden and were unwelcome. I hope no one has to experience this because that was by far the worst customer service I have ever received.

This is a superior facility...
Liked: The breakfast was superior. The room was well equipped and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The location of the tv was very dangerous.
