Liked: Spacious rooms

Passable

Liked: Hassle free check in, easy with pets. First floor room convenient for potty trips. Accommodating to late check out. Plenty of free parking.
Disliked: Exorbitant cost of room, but needed to stay in town, could have stayed at the beach for 2 days with same hotel chain. One night stay and ran out of toilet paper. Refrigerator needed good cleaning.

Exceptional

Liked: It was beautiful and the staff were exceptional!! We stayed at TownePlace for our anniversary weekend and we told the staff and they surprised us with ballons, a card, and chocolate roses. They really made our day and made us feel like family! Clyde and Sarah are the best hands down! We most definitely will be back and tell our friends about this wonderful establishment.

Liked: Location was great. Clean, safe, friendly, great parking. I bought two rooms one night. For the breakfast they had eggs, potatoes, gravy and biscuits. No hot meat choices. No bacon. No sausage. Cereal was available. Both rooms were one king bed, couch that pulls out, a full kitchen, closet with elfa system, bathroom, and desk loved the amenities! Dispite my dislikes, I would stay here again. It was acceptable just not perfect.
Disliked: I rented two rooms, one was cleaner than the other. Not anything that made me change rooms but I noticed. This was a flat hard bed. I’m not used to that I could have gotten used to it but not on one night. Nothing wrong with that except I think other places I’ve stayed were softer. I wanted ice, I didn’t fine an ice machine I was provided ice trays but then I wasn’t there that long. No bacon, no meats on the breakfast at all. What I thought was unclean in my room was the carpet, it dirtied my feet. The window was a smeared mess. The bathroom floor was also not exactly clean. But bring extra socks and get over it. Oh, the elevator was a bit questionable with its sharpe movements. One in my party really doesn’t like elevators. But this fear was warranted with these jerks. It’s probably something simple to fix.

Liked: Facility was clean and pretty quiet.
Disliked: Beds were not very comfortable. AC was not adjustable with thermostat and room was warmer than desired.

Liked: The area was nice and clean the lot was lit up nicely. The front desk staff once at the counter was professional and nice. The breakfast area was clean however it was not easy to know where to take items once finished or trash can. We did find that but was in the back away from our seating. So perhaps a sign or something to direct us what to do and where to take our dirty dishes.
Disliked: Check in process was ok staff was outside so there was a short wait. Once we got to the room there were some issues with cleaning. Spots on mirror, hair in shower, a napkin over a sensor and what looked to be a booger on the sink. I do have pictures of all if requested. The bed was made but wondered if was done by new staff. The sheets looked clean so we did crash since we stopped due to be exhausted and not being able to drive further so this was not a planned in advance reservastion. The breakfast the next morning was ok. The gravy was low and what was left was sticking/burning in the crock pot and there was no meat sausage or bacon at the time we ate. I did find that odd.....
