Very nice hotel

Liked: Check in was easy to check in with very friendly staff. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but did not affect us. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
Disliked: The only reason I did not give hotel a 10 was because of breakfast. Supposed to start at 6am, but we arrived downstairs at 6:25 and most of the dishes weren't ready. Cereal was stale. Coffee was not good either.

Disliked: This was okay at best. Towneplace is usually exceptional but this one was a little run down. The room was not dirty but could have used a good wipe down and the air conditioner did not cool very well. Just not a great deal for the money.

Liked: Very nice place, decor and cleanliness was great and up to standards for just a quick stay in my opinion and would recommend it with the facilities and restaurants around you.
Disliked: The front desk person was a bit rude and didn't even ask me who I was or what I was there for, she immediately told me my room was ready when I literally called her minutes before and she said it was ready. VERY unprofessional, DONT ASSUME.
