We survived one night and...

Liked: The person at the front desk was lovely and helpful and we had a nice view out the back of the property on to a small pond.
Disliked: When we walked it it was 49F degrees and it took a while to heat up. The furniture was best up and soiled in the living room area. The toilet and bathtub had brown stains and were unattractive. The heating elements when used emitted a toxic strong smell.

Great customer service

Liked: Jay at the desk was great, good person to have in that spot. Very personable.Thursday early mornings ng when I left say 5AM. I stopped at the desk to check out and asked a kitchen girl filling up the coffee for Ice if possible. She gave me a full bag while ch I was so grateful.it kept my treats cold the entire day at work till 1 PM.I'm so sorry I didn't get her name and should have, she was great polite and accommodating. Customer Service is exceptional. I'm in that field in Automotive and it is lacking so coming to your hotel made my day

Don't stay here. It's not...

Liked: Nothing. They lie about lake view rooms. You see the closed pool, or open depending on the season. The staff were nice but deficient. They charged me for a room that was pre-paid. It was refunded right away, but of course that was $170. I was without while vacationing. Do better about that hoteliers... Pay a premium to your financial industry for instant refunds when you fuq up.
Disliked: Everything. The bed wasn't comfortable. No view. No breakfast. Animal feces everywhere.
