I do not recommend this...

Liked: We did not take advantage of the breakfast, so no rating. The bed was fine, heating was difficult to set.
Disliked: This was not a clean space at all. The shower drain backed up black mold, did not drain. We didn't bother to use it the 2nd day. The toilet had urine drips all on the outside of the bowl. The kitchen was actually dusty and sticky. Fortunately, we only needed to sleep there. Everything about the sitting area, TV, kitchen facility needs updating. We've stayed at Marriott Bonvoy before and this did not measure up. Desk Staff was friendly and professional so i did not complain to them. I will billed $270 on my CC, $7 more than the printed receipt I received upon check out.

Disliked: Could use better signage to direct to location .

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room needs refurbishing. Old and worn carpet with obvious tears by the door. Many scratches on the fridge and rust around the outside bottom of the fridge. Poorly repaired areas in the corners of the bathroom.

Good

Liked: Facility was great! Location great! Beds not so comfortable but they provided the rest we needed! Will stay again!

For the most part we...

Liked: Breakfast, staff was friendly, price was good, kitchen in room. Close to many restaurants and stores.
Disliked: Top board of headboard was gross. Sticky probably from other guests putting their heads against it. AC sounded like like an old airplane to where you would spin the propeller to start it. Shower pressure was very low. Laundry room and dryer vent hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. After 9am for breakfast half the items were no longer available or empty. Although a staff member kindly brought me some Belgium waffles when it was empty. One cleaning lady although very nice clearly had alcohol on her breath.

Disappointing

Liked: Location, price
Disliked: Room was smelly (musty). No sheets on pullout (which was horrible). No extra blankets for pullout

Exceptional

Liked: Everybody was extremely friendly. I thought the breakfast was very good. I appreciated the layout of the room. The bed was comfortable. I was very pleased during my stay. I arrived very late at night and the sign for the lobby was a little hard to find, but that was no big deal. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Disliked: I really have very few suggestions. Probably pay your staff more because they are a credit to the chain!

Liked: They lady that checked us in was very professional and nice she answered all my questions and make us feel welcome.
