Liked: check in was smooth. Staff friendly
Disliked: The heating unit only dispense cold air. It said heat but warmest was 69 . That was not warm. Also had issue with door. It would not unlock. Took 2 employees to get it unlocked.

Disliked: I booked this hotel through booking.com where I paid for the room and Taxes online. Once upon arrival, they claimed they cannot take a different form of deposit for the room. They needed the original credit card that was booked under. The staff was rude and not helpful in resolving this issue, the manager was supposed to call to resolve the financial stress they have caused on my credit card, and it has been a week and no one has called me. Now I am disputing the double charge on my credit card. This has caused me me a great stress. I wouldn’t be staying here again

Liked: the room was awesome!
Disliked: parking lots were full or closed for work and no arrangements were made for overflow parking. The staff on duty said "I don't know what to tell you" when we asked what other options were available with all lots full. We wound up jumping the curb and parking on the grass with our suv. It was the only option open to us at the time.

Disliked: Staff tried to place me and my daughter in a queen sized bed suite when I booked and paid for a king sized bed suite without inquiring with me first. Then when we informed the staff about their error, the staff was exceptionally RUDE and LOUD!

woke up to a tick on arm, avoid this hotel

Disliked: for the price i paid for the room i got, i feel extremely ripped off. my family and i stayed in a two bedroom suite for one night. when we checked in and got up to our room we immediately found pretzels on the floor. it should have been a sign but we were all so tired we just got ready for bed and went to sleep. my husband woke up in the morning to a tick crawling on his arm. after that we all just felt dirty and couldnt shake the feeling of stuff crawling on us so we packed up and checked out. have stayed here a few times before but will undoubtedly not be returning. i suggest you avoid booking here, theres much nicer hotels in the area that arent astronomically overpriced.
