Overall I would definitely go back again. I am very picky on cleanliness of a room and it was up to my standard. That there says it all to me. Plus all my questions were answered.

Liked: The room I was in.
Disliked: Only getting charged an extra fee they didn't know where it came from.

Disliked: Half of the tv channels do not work, internet was extremely slow, ceiling lights in room didn’t work, hallways and elevators extremely hot

Liked: Everything was great! I loved that they were able to accommodate an extra bed for us!
Disliked: I think the trees need to be trimmed because I kept hearing the branches scraping against the window/siding throughout the night. The door knob to the bathroom needs to get fixed.

The room was comfortable, great...

Liked: The staff was friendly, and made us feel welcome. The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants and just 10 minutes from the rec center which our church convention was being held. Great location!
Disliked: N/a

Overpriced, great location

Disliked: It would have been nice to have some disposable cups for my kid in the bathroom. The TV was in the weirdest place ever no one could really see it. There was some dirt and hair in the bathroom. 215 a night was insane for that small room, and the pool area was kinda gross. Vending machines would have been nice to have. The table was broken/missing a wheel so it tipped over. Everything else was fine.
