Liked: The staff was phenomenal, the food was excellent, very clean well kept facilities one of my favorite places to stay so far.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Disliked: I could hear everything that people next door were talking about. Bed sheets looked clean but smelled bad.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable
Disliked: 1. The couch was positioned so it was uncomfortable to watch the TV had to turn head to the right 2. There was no handle or anything to grab if you had to in the shower.

Liked: I have been coming here since you first opened. I like the location, layout and having a kitchen.
Disliked: For god's sake, this is the second time I had a door that the lock didn't work. You need to get a facility person with a good eye and fix everything that needs fixing; and the cleaning people need to look at the walls and corners for black mold.

Disliked: The fact we get stuck across from the main building every time we stay and they only clear sidewalks to the main building not ours

Filthy hotel!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was filthy. I have pics of vents that were so clogged and dirty. Fan and light didn't work over stove. The drain in the kitchen had a strong order coming out of drain. Outside, there is nowhere on the grass to step without stepping on piles and piles of dog poop. 2 times i had to ask trucks to move with their exhausted chocking me out coming in my windows and heater. The first guy was passed out in truck. 2nd man just let his truck exhaust run in my room for 10 minutes.. I almost called an ambulance had trouble breathing and headaches both times. The front desk could care less!!! They never tried to move me, and I was in a disability room. I stayed about 10 days. A refund was defentily due for what I experienced. On New Years day, I took a maid to give me clean bed linens 8 hrs. Short staffed. I ask for an extra blanket, but I never got it. should be ashamed charging what they do!
