My error in too small...

Liked: Amenities, breakfast offerings and staff; location is familiar
Disliked: No n working - disposal, broken iron. Most important linens for couch bed and extra sets were not provided as asked

Superb!

Liked: Super welcoming environment! Welcome bag with water and sweets was appreciated! Personal touch with hand written welcome note was a perfect touch! Staff was exemplary!
Disliked: A do not disturb sign was not left in our room.
