Disliked: Room lights over desk did not work. Weird floor plan for closet creates door collision issues. Outlets on both sides of the bed were so loose that phone chargers were useless. Pillows look fine, but fall flat when you lay on them.

Liked: Location in McKinney was good for our family trip. The staff was really nice and helpful. We were attending a wedding and the staff was very accommodating
Disliked: The property was not really clean. Our room and bathroom wasn’t to Bonvoy standard

Disliked: The cleanliness of the room didn’t meet my expectations. There was hair in the shower, bathroom sink, a few food stains by the stove. Also, the room doesn’t have a USB port for phone chargers and the resident above my room was noisy.

Liked: Staff were nice. Check in was easy.
Disliked: - shower head was broken, so everytime you took a shower the water was all over the floor. Had to use multiple of towels to clean up water stains. - more cleaning in the room should’ve taken place. - room appears to be cluttered with the way everything is positioned.
