Great option for a long...

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice to have the airport shuttle for our long layover.
Disliked: There weren’t really restaurants within walking distance.

Exceptional

Great trip to Dallas, but...

Liked: Close to DFW, even with the air traffic it was quiet in the rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: A few issues with the equipment in the room, but for the most part, they were addressed by staff and they attempted to get the issue resolved.

Liked: Proximity to airport- one night stay for morning flight. Free shuttle from the hotel to the airport.
Disliked: It took over an hour and a half and two phone calls for the hotel shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Not a very professional feel to the staff. Nice but not anticipatory to questions or needs and not very helpful. For example, No list of nearby restaurants. They had 1 list but couldn’t find it. Perhaps they could have a stack of them / or a brochure holder of them so guests could take one. Simple things like that would make for a friendlier/ more helpful experience. The room just didn’t feel fresh. There was a hair in the shower and another on a towel.
